BBC Studios is looking to launch a new competition-based series showcasing the extraordinary talent of wedding planners – who will be tasked with the dreams of deserving couples come true.
The show – which has a working title of Master of Ceremonies – will see the planners from across the country compete for a “money-can’t-buy prize and the opportunity to take their careers to the next level”.

Hide AdOutlining the show, a spokesperson said: “BBC Studios want to shine the spotlight on the backbone of the industry who against the odds help to make the dreams of couples come true.
“A selection of event planners, will be tasked with pulling off the dreams of some of Britain’s most deserving couples, producing precious memories which will last a lifetime.
"Each week they will be provided with a specific brief and budget to deliver an unforgettable masterpiece, whilst being judged by industry-leading judges and the couples themselves.”
The series also aims to give audiences some insight into the “remarkable skillset” needed to plan a wedding.

Hide AdBoth planners and engaged couples – set to tie the knot between August and October this year – are being sought to take part in the new series.
